The trailer is mostly all original and has been well kept over the years.  The body is in good condition and the frame is solid.  The running lights are all new.  The trailer doesn't have any leaks.  All of the original windows are operational and in good condition. It has the expensive Zip Dee awning package that includes awnings all the way around the trailer.  The awning farbric is in good condition.  It has two 40lb horizontal aluminum propane tanks in the front.  The solid oak cabinetry and Corian countertop are in great condition.  It has a rear queen island bed, convertible dinette (drawer storage underneath), and front convertible sofa (large drawer storage underneath).  The plumbing and 110/12v electrical are all operational.  The converter has been upgraded to a modern day multistage converter.  The A/C, furnace, stove, and microwave are all operational.
 
The condition of the trailer is excellent.
